This is a Preorder for a 4" PVC Patch with Velcro. It will take approximately 20-30 days to ship once the fundraiser is closed.  This allows us to order the appropriate amount and not get left with extras. Allowing the maximum amount to be donated to the Fallen Wings Foundation
