Spec your gear, upload your artwork, and we come back with real numbers priced against actual production cost. The quote fee comes straight back off your final invoice — on every kind of gear — so a quote costs you nothing but the wait.
Shirts, hoodies, hats or flags? Each one has its own quote form, and each quote is $50 credited back on your invoice. Stickers are printed and quoted by our friends at Alpha Kilo Graphics at $25, also credited back. Email customs@twotofly.net and we'll get a proof back to you fast.
Minimums and lead times
- PVC & embroidered patches — 50 minimum, 3–4 weeks after artwork approval, $50 quote fee credited back.
- T-shirts & hoodies — 30 minimum, 2–3 weeks after artwork approval, $50 quote fee credited back.
- Flags — 25 minimum, 2–3 weeks after artwork approval, $50 quote fee credited back.
- Hats — 25 minimum, lead time varies with the run, $50 quote fee credited back.
- Stickers — 50 minimum, lead time varies with the run, $25 quote fee credited back, quoted by Alpha Kilo Graphics.
How it works
- Email us with your idea and let us help you bring it to life. Send it to customs@twotofly.net — the rougher the sketch, the better.
- We build the proof. PVC patch, embroidered patch, sticker, or full apparel run — send us your artwork or have our artists draw it, and nothing is made until you approve it.
- Your unit gets its own shop page. Just like Gundam 22, DUSTOFF Alaska, and Angel City Air below — a permanent collection your crew can reorder from anytime.
