Shipping

Everything ships from the United States. We ship worldwide.

How long it takes

Almost everything we sell is made after you order it, so the clock has two parts: production, then transit.

• Stocked items — patches, stickers and anything showing available stock: dispatched in 2–3 business days.
• Printed apparel — tees, hoodies, long sleeves: made to order. Production time varies by garment and is typically several business days before the order leaves the print facility.
• Custom patch runs and unit gear — 4–6 weeks from an approved proof. Nothing enters production until you have approved the artwork, so the clock starts at approval, not at checkout.

Transit time is on top of production and depends on the service selected at checkout.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout by the carrier — USPS or UPS domestically, and USPS, UPS or DHL Express internationally — based on the destination and the contents of your cart. You see the exact cost before you pay. We do not mark shipping up.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships. If an order contains both a stocked item and a made-to-order item, it may ship in more than one parcel, and you will get tracking for each.

International orders

Duties, import taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility unless they are shown and collected at checkout. Customs can add time that is outside our control.

Wrong address, lost and stolen parcels

Please check your shipping address before you pay — we cannot reroute a parcel once it is with the carrier. Two to Fly is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen after delivery, or sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, and claims for those are filed with the carrier by the recipient. If something goes wrong, email us anyway — we will help you chase it.
