Shipping & delivery
Most items are made to order. We print, embroider or pack within 2–3 business days and don’t fulfil over the weekend. The estimate at checkout covers transit only — time in hand is production time plus shipping. Preorder drops print after the window closes and ship by the date on the badge. Custom patch runs are different: allow 4–6 weeks from approved proof. We ship worldwide including APO / FPO: enter United States as the country, APO or FPO as the city, and AE / AP / AA as the state.
Returns & exchanges
Clothing is made to order and final sale — no returns or exchanges, so double-check sizing before you order. Patches, stickers, flags and other stocked items can be returned unused within 30 days; see the returns policy. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email photos and your order number to cs@twotofly.net and we’ll send a replacement. Need to change an order? Email straight away; the window is short because production starts fast.
Sizing & fit
Fits vary by product — some run true to size, some athletic. Measurements for every garment are on the size guide, taken flat, so you can compare against a shirt you already own. Between sizes or want it looser? Size up. Clothing is final sale, so check before you order.
Unit & custom orders
Want this for your whole unit, or your own design? Patches from 50, hats from 20, shirts from 30, flags from 25. Custom patch runs take 4–6 weeks from approved proof; we quote the timeline on other formats when we send the proof. Start on the Build Your Unit’s Gear page.
